Marula Cottage 

Marula Cottage is fully equipped for self catering with every thing you will want.  The modern kitchen has every-thing you will need and a charcoal braai (BBQ)  is available in the cottage garden.

This quaint yet modern cottage features an open plan living area with full DSTV and kitchen, plus two ensuite bedrooms with luxurious king size beds. The exterior features a spacious outside living area perfect for cooking outside and at the rear of the cottage there is a beautiful herb garden for your use. The whole cottage has wifi (including the stoep).

Both bedrooms have comfortable King size beds with luxurious linen and towels, bedside tables, drawers, cupboards and a full length mirror.  The ensuite bathrooms both have large showers. The bedrooms have Aircon, fans and an electric wall heater for the chillier winter nights (where night temperatures may fall as low as 12 degrees on odd occasions!!!)

The cottage sits on a working farm and there is lots of hustle and bustle in the weekday mornings, perfect alarm clock to get you started on your day's adventures. The farm has chickens and  two friendly horses, and you may be lucky to see our resident impalas and nyalas! 

Some guests ask for an extra "guest bed" for a child to be put in the bedroom.  We are happy to put ONE guest bed in each bedroom but will charge an extra R100 per night for each extra bed.  This amount can be settled on arrival.  If this is something you require please message us at the time of booking. It is only suitable for a child!

Bergdale Cottages are situated 8kms from closest Kruger gate (Phabeni Gate), 25kms from Graskop and just  2kms from a very comprehensive choice of shops, including supermarkets, pharmacies, clothes stores etc.
